Production

Engineering production, our core industry, has a long tradition in our company.

It takes place in one of our production halls, according to supplied project documentation, which we are able to shape to the customer’s needs according to the production situation and specifics, whichever the manufacturing process brings.

We produce various types of welded structures of conventional structural steels S235, S355, wear-resistant steel type HARDOX 400, 450, 500, steels with higher silicon content, due to the application of sufficient surface layer of the zinc, according to customer requirements.

Manufacture from material according to EN 10204 1.3 and 3.2. This category is largely composed of piece and small-lot production of weldments, for such use as the food industry, chemical, petro chemical, medical, steel weldments for building construction, steel beams, technological equipment, poles, hoppers, crushers, containers, bulk cement mixers, racks, heat exchangers, etc.

All products which are subject to  our production are marked by a specific number of the production order (dispatch), which is clearly linked with the lot and the number that is inscribed on the piece.
